Orchard Kids ministers to newborns all the way through Elementary age children. When you arrive at Orchard Kids, there will be a friendly host to greet you and walk you through the check-in process. You will want to arrive a few minutes early to register your child, but once you've registered you're all set for the following weeks.
We believe that parents are the primary faith trainers of their children. And, because we believe so strongly we want to equip parents every week. Each week each child is sent home with a Parent Cue card to further the discussion from Sunday morning into their home. We call them Parent Cues because they’re designed to help (or “cue”) parents to reinforce biblical truths at home. Be sure you make it home with this great resource every week!
If your child may be sick, but you're not sure if you should bring him/her to church please see our "Well Child Policy."
Our number one desire in preschool is to equip parents to impress a genuine and lasting faith in God on the hearts of their children. Before your child is born, we urge you to “begin with the end in mind”. We want to inspire parents from the very beginning to invest in those things that will matter the most to their child’s future. We want them to know that the very most important decision their child will ever make is to put their faith and trust in their heavenly Father.
Our primary platform for investing in families and children is through our Sunday morning environments at 9:00 and 10:45. It is our aim to provide a safe place where parents feel comfortable leaving their kids while they attend worship - a place where committed adults invest in their children through meaningful interaction and engaging curriculum.
Everything we do at Orchard Elementary is focused around the goal of helping your kids understand what it means to be in a relationship with Christ. We are committed to this vision by teaching God's truth through interactive biblical teaching, worship, small group discussions, and encouraging kids to find ways in their home and community to serve others.
During the Orchard Kids service, your child will participate in Large Group time where they will engage in live worship, interactive Bible teaching, and game time. They will also go to Small Group for 30 minutes where their leader will facilitate discussions, lead application activities and have prayer time.
