Need prayer? Want to develop your prayer life? Participate in one of our daily prayer opportunities. Each prayer opportunity reminds us of our utter dependence on God, reinforces our responsibility for one another, and helps us carry burdens and sorrows together. During this pandemic, we will weep with those who weep and rejoice with those who rejoice (Romans 12:15). We belong to Jesus, and we belong to each other. Each part of the body matters, and this will give us the joy (even in sorrow) of sharing life as a family. Our prayers should comfort and remind those in need that we have access through Christ to make these requests to the God who creates and commands all things. He provides His peace as the guardian of hearts and minds. These prayer opportunities should bring us even closer together while we are apart or at least socially distanced.
