"Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many" (Matt. 20:28). As in all things, we seek to sacrificially serve all people in and outside the church, just as Jesus modeled for us. Through serving others, The Orchard Church seeks to develop a community of God’s people that defines themselves and organizes their lives around living with a godly purpose. When we live with purpose, we are influencing people toward Christ in our homes, neighborhoods, cities, and world. Our goal is to come alongside you as you live out your purpose. The Missions Ministry helps facilitate opportunities to make disciples, locally and internationally, including disciple-making within our church family. We have the privilege of partnering with outside Ministries to bring the Gospel by serving, praying, going, and even financial provisions. Below are a few of the partners we have the honor of supporting.

The Orchard Church adopted Ross Elementary, a Memphis City School, in April 2011. We come alongside Ross Elementary administration and faculty to show tangible means of love to the school, parents, teachers, and children. Some of those “love” events include:

Greg and Daisy Diaz serve Hispanic children and their families with after-school programs of tutoring, parenting classes, and personal counseling. Much effort lately in light of the current pandemic has been directed to providing families with water and food. The Orchard is one of three churches that support Las Americas through prayer, food, and funding.
Ephie Johnson (President and CEO of NCC) seeks to grow the organization's work in the community by after-school programs for kids, food pantries, adult programs to help with lifestyle habits, and healthier eating. NCC posts opportunity dates on their website and a newsletter that comes out monthly.
