FALL STUDY GROUPS

FALL STUDY GROUPS

Led by Craig Howard and Rich Williams

Sundays, 9:15 AM

Begins September 10
This 8-week study group is for anyone desiring to obtain a better understanding of the basic framework and storyline of the Bible. If you are like most people, no one has ever taken the time to walk you through the Bible to understand how it is put together, how the storyline is connected to people and places, or how it can be better studied, memorized, shared and enjoyed for your lifetime. This class is intended to help give you a deeper sense of confidence when you approach and learn from the powerful Sacred Scriptures of God’s Word. Join us with pen in hand and a receiving heart to not only learn for yourself how to “Clarify the Bible” but also take away a simplified 20 sentences to share with others so that they may learn as well.

Led by Jefferson Gilder

Sundays, 9:15 AM

Begins September 10
Isaiah's ministry as a prophet—during the period of the divided kingdom—spanned the reigns of four Judean kings. He condemned the empty ritualism of his day and the idolatry into which the people had fallen. He foresaw the coming Babylonian captivity, and some of his prophecies were even fulfilled in his lifetime, but the literal fulfillment of his prophecies concerning Christ's first coming has given Isaiah's words their strongest vindication—and the further assurance in the prophecies of Christ's second coming. Join us for this 12-week study as we take an in-depth look at the historical backdrop to the book of Isaiah, continuing through the different prophecies and the teachings about the grace of God.

Whether you've grown up hearing Bible stories or you're exploring Scripture for the first time, the full story of the Bible can be overwhelming. During this 7-week study, we will seek to gain clarity and confidence in our understanding of Scripture by discovering how the people, places, and promises tie together into the greater story of Scripture. Join us as we discover how beautifully seamless The Bible really is and just how this context will help you dig deeper into the wells of the riches of God's Word.
